Oklo's reactors can convert used nuclear fuel into clean energy. Today's reactors use about 5% of the energy content contained in their fuel, meaning nearly 95% of the energy content remains unused. Oklo is building the nation’s first privately funded nuclear fuel recycling facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This $1.68 billion investment will create more than 800 high-quality jobs while establishing a secure, domestic fuel supply for advanced reactors like our Aurora powerhouse.
