AMSE will Host the Annual Nuclear Science Week Event in Oak Ridge, Tennessee!

In Oak Ridge, Tennessee from October 20-24, 2025 the American Museum of Science and Energy (AMSE) is bringing together civic, academic, non-profit, and corporate partners for a week of educational opportunities, workforce and professional development sessions, tours of historic and modern sites at Department of Energy facilities, and many community activities culminating in an all-ages, family-friendly exposition highlighting the latest developments in nuclear technology!

Listed below are the events scheduled for the week-long nuclear adventure. Also, a A Nuclear Science Week City Pass is available for purchase at the American Museum of Science and Energy.

* The Department of Energy (DOE) Official Public Bus Tours and the National Park Service events are postponed due to the government shutdown. If you have already signed up for the tours an alternative is available and you should have been contacted by AMSE.
